Hidden in the woods behind Dexter's Inn lies a 10 foot by 12 foot chapel. Built in 1934, this chapel is a memorial to John Crowther, a Sunapee boy who died of leukemia at 15 years old. The chapel is beautiful, and maintained by the Town of Sunapee.
A docent is present during the public visitation hours to describe the history and answer questions. Park opposite Dexter's Inn and follow the foot path to the chapel. For more information call the Sunapee town Office at 763-2212.
This event has a Google Hangouts video call.
