Lights, Camera, Civics! NH Institute for Civics Education Screening of To Kill a Mockingbird presented by the Richards Free Library in the Library Arts Center Gallery The New Hampshire Institute for Civics Education will screen To Kill a Mockingbird as part of a multi-year statewide program designed to foster conversations with the public on law, justice, and civics. ?The screening will be accompanied by panel discussion with Attorney Barbara Parker; Andrea Thorpe, Library Director of the Richards Free Library; and Newport high school student Eliza Bates.
