For a summer experience that’s all fun, no filter, girls are invited to join Girl Scouts for a weeklong Campette! A Campette is a FREE day-camp-like week of activities for five half days, designed for girls in kindergarten through fifth grade. Girls in the Enfield area will focus on STEM experiments, outdoor art projects, making new friends, and lots of other Girl Scout fun. It takes place Aug. 8-12 at Huse Park Pavilion from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This opportunity is perfect for girls new to Girl Scouting, but current Girl Scouts are welcome, too! Participants should bring their own water, snack and sunscreen, and wear clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor play. There will be no swimming.
