Responsibilities
Customer Service - Handle inquiries, document requests, and provide support on any issues that arise
Client Retention - Gain and maintain rapport with with existing customers to ensure their loyalty to the business
Cross Selling / Internal Referrals - Promote company products and services to customers

Qualifications
2+ years’ experience as a P&C Customer Service Representative
Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance
Proficiency with information technology and Applied Systems expertise
Comfortable working with senior level management
Compensation
$50-60k range with 2+ years of experience.
