    • About

Eastman is a sustainable, intergenerational, recreational community that offers an active, four-season lifestyle. Founded in 1971, Eastman is located just two hours from Boston and three hours from Hartford, CT in the dynamic Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region of New Hampshire.

Eastman’s 3,700 environmentally protected acres of woodlands offer hideaways for homes, condominiums, and undeveloped sites waiting for your custom build. All property is privately owned.

Eastman’s amenities include our 335-acre lake, 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 17+ miles of hiking trails, 36k of cross country ski and snowshoe trails (most of which are groomed), a four-lane lap pool with a handicap accessible ramp, and a fitness center. Our Recreation Department offers events and activities for all ages, and there are opportunities to volunteer your particular skills within the community.

Contact admin@EastmanNH.org for detailed information about the community, its covenants and restrictions, costs of ownership, recreational opportunities and more.

The LSRCC was able to partner up with our regional chamber neighbors in a partnership program with the State of NH. We were able to bring in around $275K to our region.

The programs we created had a focus on COVID recovery for businesses & communities as well as elements of travel & tourism for our region.
